nevermind the flaws, and shortcomings
this is indeed why human are complex, and contradictory & different
each has their own differnt thinking.
i cannot imagine a world with all Sebestians,
neither can i imagine a world with all rugays
(if only got only rugays i would rather not be born LOL)

jokes aside, these exact difference is what makes one unique
as a true fren i only hope each and every one of my fren also improves
for example, out of a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best)
if i have tolerance lvl of 8/10, and some of them have 4
some have 6, some have 3
then i wish respectively each can up one level.
it is , of cause not down to me...

"you cant render help on a fren unless he/she helps him/herself"

i quoted one line to a buddy, it goes something like:
"a lousy man blames everyone but himself,
"a decent man blames and forgets
"a good man identifies the problem & work together to solve it
"the best man takes responsibility for what happens

LOL. its my own thinking liao. mentality is the hardest to mold
i hope i have leveled yet another. hmm the 4th tier is probably the hardest

an exmaple is like being a father... ur kids get poor results & blames u for lack of care,
he can blame his poor results on you not giving him enought attention
u like it or not, it will be your responsibility to take care and resolve the issue.
and not run away from the problem and blame the kid for being selfish, or playful,
or childish(hes a kid after all), or have a poor attitude.

at work, you hate/dread going to work, dont want to see fkup boss attitude,
but u like it or not, you have to turn up and do your fair share,
for your family, for the income, for yourself, for your employee allowance.
no such thing as "no i dun like my boss, i give my boss the sack sua"
not when you are not in the capacity to do it. until you are, you are not.

Responsibility, i used to dread it. but realise more and more its importance.
