Sat 27/12 went to play strt soccer wif my AHSNCC guys ~
long time no see all, was damn fun can.. even Alan Tan appeared =x
this time round, i finally played well according to My standards
unlike in the past, i only imagine but not execute...
this time, with confidence i played so mucch better
its also thanks to playing with army NSOTS buddies thats why
in fact everything about me is with more confidence nowadays ^^
anyways, the finale of the soccer session was hilarious
derrick that pundeh -> he kicked the ball to the top of tree !!!
we decided to "borrow" the scouts' long poles, extended it,
and then after at least 30min and several attempts.
we Finally "poked" it down. hehe NCC ftw
we even joked that its team building hahaha
it was fun laaa, though we really looked like idiots stealing fruits =X
after which i went over to Bugis Kinokuniya
wanted to buy some books. investment books
then im reminded of Jess when i see Twilight at e entrance
(she asked me to listen to her new blog song, & i chanced upon her 'wish')
so i decided to fulfil her wish somehow~ lolx
and was intending to jsut get 1 bk initially but had no membership
in the end i made a wise calculation and thought with 3 bks rite..
i wud pay the original price of 3 for the bks PLUS membership
membership for a year that is. and thats not bad
considering if i buy investment books every month,
even at 10% off it will amount to/greater than e subscription fee itself
so, yeah, thot that would be nice, + my family / frens can use too
sadly my leg was freaking pain after walking around esp after soccer,
so didnt have dinner wif Jess and Kah Seng. lol
anyways end of the day haul:
1) Twilight : The Complete Illustrated Movie Companion
2) Rich Dad's Guide to Investing by Robert Kiyosaki
3) Secret of Millionaire Investors by Adam Khoo & Conrad Alvin Lim
Phase 1 was concepts.
Phase 2 now -> concepts + more concepts with some technical
working towards a better future~
